We had an issue with our forward camera warning needing servicing. We called and scheduled an appointment at Auto Nation Chevrolet. They made it for a couple weeks out at 10:00 AM. We arrived and told the servicing. We called and scheduled an appointment at Auto Nation Chevrolet. They made it for a couple weeks out at 10:00 AM. We arrived and told the service manager we will have to wait because this is our only vehicle. He stated that that won’t work because there are 20 vehicles ahead of us. Auto Nation set us up for a rental car and covered all of the expenses. We are totally aware of staffing issues and the busyness of the service department. My only recommendation is, because this was not an urgent maintenance need, the scheduler should have scheduled us further out when they weren’t backed up or at least advised us that it could be one to two days of work needed. They did fix the problem and we picked up our truck the following morning. We are extremely happy with the service we were provided, just the scheduling issue needs to be fine tuned. More

The folks at AN Superstition Springs really try and work with customers. The issues I’ve had with my service there are probably more related to the times (supply change issues, labor shortage and inflation) with customers. The issues I’ve had with my service there are probably more related to the times (supply change issues, labor shortage and inflation) than to the dealership itself. Salesman was friendly and helpful. Was a little surprised and disappointed in the fact that we did not find out that there was only one key fob to the vehicle we purchased until we we Was a little surprised and disappointed in the fact that we did not find out that there was only one key fob to the vehicle we purchased until we were about 3/4 the way into the paper work. Later found out that it will cost us approximately $250 for a second key. This to me should have been the responsibility of the dealership. More
