Worst experience ever dealing with an auto dealership. Purchased bedliner for truck, sales person never setup installation as promised and when I tried to call he was always busy with client and never ret Purchased bedliner for truck, sales person never setup installation as promised and when I tried to call he was always busy with client and never returned call. My call was just dropped whenever I called and tried to talk to customer service representative. And was constantly lied to and promised everything and delivered nothing by Brandon Bryant the Finance manager. Would recommend to avoid Autonation Chevrolet Mesa at all costs. Their after care service is to ignore you or lie to you. More

I originally rated this dealer a 5 but now it's a 2. Still no registration sent to the MVD and no response from the finance guy. Also, had to put new tires and new TPMS sensors on because the batteries Still no registration sent to the MVD and no response from the finance guy. Also, had to put new tires and new TPMS sensors on because the batteries in the front failed almost immediately and there was a nail in one tire and 2 tires had evidence that tread separation would soon occur. So much for the mechanical inspection that tires were OK! More

Excellent customer service. GM needs to reevaluate their pricing for service. Its extremely out of line. When it costs ninety seven dollars to replace a simple air filter. Another example would be the cost for windshield wipers at eighty dollars each not including labor. Thank you again for the awesome oil change.. I personally co owned an auto repair shop and charged half the labor and parts rate. I was always busy. The majority of the work I did was from the dealerships. More
