Oil changes that take two hours are ridiculous. I have had two oil changes done at this dealership. Both took over 2 hours. One was because they took it upon themselves to do a recall that was on m I have had two oil changes done at this dealership. Both took over 2 hours. One was because they took it upon themselves to do a recall that was on my vehicle. They did it with out talking to me and I was late for another meeting. Second time was an oil change only. No tire rotation no car wash and after asking the service manager why it was taking so long he went and talked to the service writer. He said the paper work was being done now. I asked why it took so long? No answer. I asked why my dealership in Wisconsin could preform an oil change, tire rotation and car wash in 45 minutes and it takes 2 hours here. They couldn’t give me an answer. 15 minutes later the service writer came out and informed me that they were not going to charge me for the oil change. I will not be returning to this dealership. While on a vacation road trip from Minnesota to Mesa we experienced brake issues. We were able to get car in within two days and all problems were resolved same day. Called Monday at the beginning of the week called Tuesday Wednesday waiting to get a call back didn’t get a call back until end of day Thursday before my appointment Friday.
