I received great service and was informed along the way of what needed to be done. My only drawback is the scheduling process as I was not informed of the time or cost prior to arrival. I arrived at 10:30a of what needed to be done. My only drawback is the scheduling process as I was not informed of the time or cost prior to arrival. I arrived at 10:30am and waited until 4:30pm. I wasn’t informed it would take all day or of the pricing until I arrived and I had not planned for this. Otherwise the service would have received 5 stars. My car was vacuumed and washed when the job was completed. I greatly appreciate it! More

I found the truck online and scheduled a test drive. I came in and got rolling and decided i liked it. I said lets make it happen. I worked with my lender but was having issues getting my papers to fina I came in and got rolling and decided i liked it. I said lets make it happen. I worked with my lender but was having issues getting my papers to finalize for a few hours, it was a pain but the salesman hung in there with me. Did not get finished by end of the night so they let me take truck home as my ride left already. We tried next morning and still lender could not make paperwork happen. I then went with thier lender for same rate and made it happen in an hour. I appreciated their time with me while we tried to get my lender worked out. These guys were great and will come back. More

I went to the AutoNation Chevrolet to look at a used truck I had seen posted online. Jacob was so helpful with answering questions I had, and letting me take my time on checking out and test driving the truck I had seen posted online. I recemty had the transmission reaired on my 2014 Malibu by Autonation. The transmisson has been repaired three times since I bought it new. The second time it was repaired by Autonation was only 19000 mile by Autonation. The transmisson has been repaired three times since I bought it new. I thought that they should stand by most of the cost but they did not. To make matters worse, I found out that my new GM card points could not be redeemed for the repairs, like the old card I had before Markus of Goldman Sachs took over. I have owned 1955 Chevy, a 1965 Chevy, 1973 Chevy and 1967 Pontiac, a 1975 Buick, a 1980 Pontiac, a 1983 Pontiac, a 1987 Pontiac, a 1994 Buick, a 1997 Pontiac, a 1999 Pontiac, a 2003 Cadillac, a 2011 Chevy, and this 2014 Malibu.
