I took my 2018 Traverse to AutoNation Chevy for some safety related issues we were having with the Cruise Control, lane assist and a tail light that wouldn't work properly. We were advised by two differ safety related issues we were having with the Cruise Control, lane assist and a tail light that wouldn't work properly. We were advised by two different mechanics that this would need to be a dealer issue. We made an appointment, and waited the two weeks for the appointment. The first day, the scheduler called and said they needed more time. The next day, crickets. The next day, I called near closing time and was told my car had about 90 codes that it was generating and it would cost about $1500 - 2000 to further diagnose the problem. The only good thing I can say about the situation was that the quote was free. I took the car to Village Auto Electric in Mesa. $460 later, it was a brake sensor that messed with the Cruise Control and Lane assist problems. The tail light was due to a faulty ground wire. While I understand there were a lot of codes, I felt like the dealership was afraid to take on the project, thus the high diagnostic quote. But why did it take 3 days to figure that part out? More

The price of the vehicle was firm and competitive and after some negotiation we reached agreement on my trade in value listened to what I requested. I sent a chat through the website about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They said they would let the dealership know I was driving up, since I lived in Tucson. I got to the dealership, there was no sales person available and no one was friendly and greet us when we came. We finally had to walk up to someone for help. The whole process felt like they didn’t know what they were doing and weren’t super friendly. When I went a few days later to pick up the car, same experience. No friendly staff and seemed annoyed we were there. Again, when I said I was picking up my car, they were confused and kept asking the same questions. Won’t buy a car again here. More

I have dealt with a number of car salesman in my life time and never experienced a more professional, helpful and honest person. I also wanted to let you know the ride home went exceptionally well. I made it to Quartzite, which was 145 miles and still had 85 miles left on the range. I decided to charge up anyway, and used OnStar for directions. What a neat service that is.
