Had 8 am appointment and was told dealership had shuttle service. Upon arriving was told service doesn’t begin until 10am, would have been nice if i was told that in the beginning. Leo was very respectful, friendly and as helpful as he could be but I’m disappointed in how disorganized the process was and how your sister dealerships do not operate as one team. There were multiple delays getting the vehicle from the other dealership and they still have not responded about providing the spare key. I was also disappointed after spending $73k+ that the Suburban wasn’t completely clean and had less than a half tank of gas when it was handed over to me. More
