I called before coming to look at a specific car that I saw online and was surprised that the car was put to the side for me to be able to look at and ensure no one else would get it before I got there. I was also able to look at other cars and ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling like I was being a bother. I worked with Leo and Chance and had a great experience with them both. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone in search of a car to go there for extremely helpful assistance where you won't feel pressured at all to get a vehicle. More
Had to replace the timing belt on my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze since it reached 100,000 miles. Also a motor mount was broken and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. After a lack of communication about the progress of my vehicle from my service advisor and the service director, I picked it up to find it had damage from a collision. I called my service advisor and emailed the GM to express my frustrations about the damage, and never heard back from either of them. As someone who worked at a dealership for years, I was extrememly disappointed in the customer service I received from them. I would not recommend AutoNation Mesa. More
