Not a chance! I’m still waiting for a call back on when my key will get replaced. There is no chance I would feel comfortable bringing the vehicle back in and trust a single person there to look at and service the vehicle correctly. I will just pay out of pocket for a replacement key and get a new battery since that also has to be replaced. Dealership has lost every bit of trust and confidence due to the poor sales process and then the overly passive aggressive tone of your service manager who acted like I had the nerve to be upset about having issues and then proceeded to talk down to me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Sorry bud, I grew up in the auto business and have personally worked as a mechanic, sales and even on the financing side. Only thing I will ever do is make it a point to tell everyone NEVER to go into this dealership unless you are spending big. Because otherwise they don’t care!
