We bought a Chevy Equinox. Love this vehicle. Everyone was so nice at the dealership. John our salesman was awesome. We had our car for about 2 weeks maybe, 130 miles on it. It Love this vehicle. We were really upset that a brand new 2022 car could break down. Bob my husband contacted Chevy via email and they got us an appt the next day with a rental car as well. John had emailed us to see how things were going as I proceeded to tell him it was at the Mesa dealership mechanical shop. He called rt away and Bob gave him the what's what on it. John said he knew the Mesa mechanics and they were great and would take care of us. John then called them personally and then followed through with Bob saying that they are fixing it. We have never had a salesman follow through with anything we've ever bought Kudos to Steven John. We will be using this dealership again in our future. We will definatly recommend them and especially John. Thanks again Gilbert Autonation. Great job !!!! More
Not a great experience, bought a new car and when we picked it up it was dirty. As soon as we got home we noticed there were scratches on the hood. Called in every day for a week, had been told several picked it up it was dirty. As soon as we got home we noticed there were scratches on the hood. Called in every day for a week, had been told several times that a manager would call me back but no one ever did. We decided to drive back down to the shop and one guy looked at it and said he didn't see anything on the hood even though the scratches were clearly visible. Someone else took a look at it, seen the scratches and told us it must have been scratches by the plastic in transport. (fair enough). He said we could bring it back to have them buff it out. Once it was done we got the car back even dirtier than it was!! The initial scuff marks are now deeper scratches from whomever buffed it out not knowing what they were doing! As it is a new car, we were expecting it to be perfect. I am now having it detailed and buffed correctly hoping these scratches will come out. Costing me about $400 out of packet for their screw up. Will not do business with Auto Nation Chevy again. More

The worst experience buying a vehicle, the staff at this dealership is extremely incompetent, no idea what's they're doing. Don't answer their calls, don't return calls, you asks questions & get vague repli dealership is extremely incompetent, no idea what's they're doing. Don't answer their calls, don't return calls, you asks questions & get vague replies, we applied for credit on their website, they can't find our info, gave our info to numerous people, they ran our credit 10 times. We asked who's the loan with? won't give the info. Ask about title & registration info, they don't know. Always got excuses, off work this week, in a meeting, in training that day, doctors appointment, always a excuse. We paid for shipping our vehicle to another state, they gave us a quote, they never shipped and now won't answer about a refund. Transaction took over 30 days to complete, it took 13 days to find out "how much" is the new vehicle, they sent the contract "overnight" and it arrived 10 days later. They asked for a perfect score on the GM survey, because they gave us the "VIP" treatment, really??? The first contact with the sales person, they didn't even know where the vehicle was, it might be here! It was on their website "for sale" after I ordered it in Feb. Complete and absolute failure from day one. Plus nobody there even cares, it's like normal everyday stuff. More
