I have been bringing my vehicle here since I picked it up new at this location. Over all the service has been average at best. Several visits ago I asked the Auto Nation representative about repairing a clip new at this location. Over all the service has been average at best. Several visits ago I asked the Auto Nation representative about repairing a clip on my front bumper (the top edge of the bumper pulled lose) under warranty. He looked at it and said it was because I hit something. I told him it was not from hitting something, he pointed to a scratch in the paint. I have since found out that this is a common occurrence on this model vehicle and now the other side has popped lose too, of course now the vehicle is not under factory warranty. I had also asked him about some faded paint on the door post, he said it would have been covered but I was now out of warranty by a couple of thousand miles. Good customer service would have been taking care of these issues. The Auto Nation Representative should have identified these issues while performing his walk around, picture taking that he performs each time. Disappointing at best. More
