Brought my car in for service, Michael Riley was my service writer, I was of course 30 minutes late for my appointment Mr Riley's customer service skills were excellent! I was able to meet the general manager Shane Wolfe who obviously knows the value of repeat and referral business. I never write reviews but outstanding customer service should be recognized and unfortunately in today's business world it's the exception not the rule. Thanks superstition springs Chevy. More

The service consultant makes the difference. I have had bad experiences at this dealership with different consultants. My consultant said they were measuring at a 4 and still had a lot of life left, but as I was leaving another gentleman said that my tires need to be replaced asap! Had me get out and look at them. Now I have to go find a third opinion. More
