Didn’t fix issue and said they were unsure how to fix the issue. The auto start wouldn’t work. Everytime I've had a confirmed appointment its screwed up. They can't find my appointment at the dealership. Oil change last week, same thing. And they found issues with my vehicle but were UNABLE to pri up. They can't find my appointment at the dealership. Oil change last week, same thing. Always a hassle to go there. At least this time I didn't have to return the next day. Last time I had an appointment for a recalled wiper motor. Rep on phone said the Part was at the dealership. It wasn't. Had to overnight it and return there the next day. More
