I used the body shop for a bumper replacement. The service tech asked me if the rear bumper sensors worked prior to the repair. I told him yes they did. He said they couldn't get them to test out. I was told that my truck didn't have the control module but the rear sensors are working fine. The service techs may need additional training. This is a 2022 with front sensors control module back ordered. More

It took me multiple calls and over two hours just to find out if my vehicle was ready to be picked up after a simple oil change.
