It took almost 3 hours to get my vehicle serviced. Only an oil change and tire rotation! I almost missed my dental appt. because they were so slow. Everytime I've had a confirmed appointment its screwed up. They can't find my appointment at the dealership. Oil change last week, same thing. Always a hassle to go there. At least this time I didn't have to return the next day. Last time I had an appointment for a recalled wiper motor. Rep on phone said the Part was at the dealership. It wasn't. Had to overnight it and return there the next day. More
