I was quit surprised at having to leave my vehicle over night. I'm not used to having to do that. The service rep I worked with was fine he kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. I recemty had the transmission reaired on my 2014 Malibu by Autonation. The transmisson has been repaired three times since I bought it new. The second time it was repaired by Autonation was only 19000 mile by Autonation. The transmisson has been repaired three times since I bought it new. The second time it was repaired by Autonation was only 19000 miles ago. This third repair cost me $5000+ which I paued out of my pocket. I thought that they should stand by most of the cost but they did not. To make matters worse, I found out that my new GM card points could not be redeemed for the repairs, like the old card I had before Markus of Goldman Sachs took over. I have owned 1955 Chevy, a 1965 Chevy, 1973 Chevy and 1967 Pontiac, a 1975 Buick, a 1980 Pontiac, a 1983 Pontiac, a 1987 Pontiac, a 1994 Buick, a 1997 Pontiac, a 1999 Pontiac, a 2003 Cadillac, a 2011 Chevy, and this 2014 Malibu. Why is General Motors and their dealerships screwing over their loyal customers? No wonder people are buying Toyotas.... More
