I was disappointed with the dealership's designated service advisor. I waited for a lengthy period of time in the morning before the advisor showed up to get my vehicle registered and ready for servic service advisor. I then waited again in the afternoon for the lady at the cashier's desk to find my service advisor and get my bill. I do not appreciate long periods of wasted time. More

Service Techs didn't properly reinstall the splash guard near the wheelwell. It wasn't properly removed in the first place, they jus bend the plastic. While driving/ turning the vehicle it makes a loud rubb near the wheelwell. It wasn't properly removed in the first place, they jus bend the plastic. Had 8 am appointment and was told dealership had shuttle service. Upon arriving was told service doesn’t begin until 10am, would have been nice if i was told that in the beginning.
