Had to replace the timing belt on my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze since it reached 100,000 miles. Also a motor mount was broken and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. After a lack of communication about the progress of my vehicle from my service advisor and the service director, I picked it up to find it had damage from a collision. I called my service advisor and emailed the GM to express my frustrations about the damage, and never heard back from either of them. As someone who worked at a dealership for years, I was extrememly disappointed in the customer service I received from them. I would not recommend AutoNation Mesa. More

I have been getting my GM vehicles serviced at AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ since 2016. They do a fantastic job. Mike Riley was very professional and got my car fixed without any issues. It took Chevrolet 3 months to get a simple trunk latch!!
