Had an appointment for a key recall. First they told me 3 hours. When I got there no one would help me or greet me and then they said 4 hour wait. After 2 hours they called and said the First they told me 3 hours. When I got there no one would help me or greet me and then they said 4 hour wait. After 2 hours they called and said the keys are not in, there's a nationwide backorder and they will have to reschedule. I pick up my car, and the windshield is cracked. I called another dealership and they have the keys on hand. They didn't know anything about a shortage. Very disappointed. More
