At 1:00 after Hunters lunch, he checked said another :15 min. Finally 1:45 he said, going to rain, still want wash? I said no, after waiting for 4.5 hours, I just wanted to go home. He apologized, said he'd take care of bill and we got a blank receipt. No mention of parts changed, no estimate on repairs I was looking for. Very disappointed in whole experience. Just lost my business on repairs that I need done. Seems like the mechanic lost our paperwork and I was completely ignored. More

Had an appointment for a key recall. First they told me 3 hours. When I got there no one would help me or greet me and then they said 4 hour wait. After 2 hours they called and said the keys are not in, there's a nationwide backorder and they will have to reschedule. I pick up my car, and the windshield is cracked. I called another dealership and they have the keys on hand. They didn't know anything about a shortage. Very disappointed. More
