First let me tell you how my day started. on July 2nd around 10 am I went to get my meds at a drive thru cvs I rolled down the drivers rear window by mistake, and it would not go up I tried on July 2nd around 10 am I went to get my meds at a drive thru cvs I rolled down the drivers rear window by mistake, and it would not go up I tried to several times but no go. called the AutoNation Chevrolet in gilbert and talked to a service man who had no idea what to do.was told they could not repair it for they didn't have enough service techs and they were swamped. I drove there and talked with the service manager Gary and was told the same thing. ask him to call another autonation chev dealer and was relucent but did. I drove to the superstition springs and met with robert Adams he was able to fix my window in an hour and was very nice to see someone that cared so much to the customers. I was fed for free by a food truck. and he was able to take the stress off of me because i had plans to go to work in mesa and enjoy the fireworks. just to let you know because of the nice treatment Roger gave me i plan to make him my service adviser. i live in gilbert but will drive to mesa superstition springs because Roger was a good Guy and treated me very respectfully, Thanks again for having a knowledgeable service adviser, Thanks Roger Adams this was my 2018 Chev crew cab Silverado LTZ Extended warranty. Booked appointment on Chevy app for oil change and tire rotation and also to look at my transmission. They looked at my transmission but did not do oil change or tire rotation. I had my oil change done 1st week of June 2022 , they did not check the tire pressure the light came on after I picked the car up , also did not fill the windshield washer fluid , I had to take the car back not check the tire pressure the light came on after I picked the car up , also did not fill the windshield washer fluid , I had to take the car back to get it taken care of , also had to take it back the oil change before this one due to a oil filter leak .
