AutoNation Chevrolet North Corpus Christi

As former Silverado owners of 2 trucks bought here at AutoNation Chevrolet North and since I am downsizing after 11 yrs of truck ownership I decided to buy a used car here. Matt the sales person was attentive,polite, and patient, qualities that us older folk appreciate. Now for the negative- The next day I asked for a courtesy spare key since auto only came with one key. There after issues began. I was told I had to pay for a secondary key and in addition that a 5 day 250 mile money back warranty did not apply for used vehicles. I see it in writing on the contract and i confirmed online that it applies to all AutoNation Dealerships regardless of used as is condition. This is day #2 and already having regrets after speaking to manager Derek. Iam very disappointed since I thought the dealership would appreciate former and new customers. More

We have purchased like three cars in the past with Autonation Chevrolet North in Corpus Christi and never had any problems till today. I referred and took my daughter in to try and purchase a vehicle Autonation Chevrolet North in Corpus Christi and never had any problems till today. I referred and took my daughter in to try and purchase a vehicle salesman named Fernando greeted us when we got there and showed my daughter a sedan and suv. She really liked the suv and filled out paperwork but she needed a co-signer so I said ok I would do it to help her because I know my credit is really good. For some reason Fernando told us that we were denied because I have three other cars in my name. I told him the situation with them and their all getting paid in time but I just could not believe that the dealership turned us down I was stunned. They did not try to help us or try to make a sale. I definitely will not be giving them anymore business in the future. More
