Made an 11:00 appointment for an oil change. Dropped off at 10:30 supposed to be ready at 12:30. We Finally called at 1:30 and was told it was ready for pickup. Got there at 2:00 and was told th Dropped off at 10:30 supposed to be ready at 12:30. We Finally called at 1:30 and was told it was ready for pickup. Got there at 2:00 and was told they had not done the oil change yet and could we wait on it. Left dealership with out the oil change and will not be back for the other five oil changes that I supposedly got with the purchase of my Tahoe. More
