The dealership wouldn't give us a loaner car until it was diagnosed but wouldn't give us a time frame on diagnosis. They promised us loaner car within the hour two days ago. Then it was magically diagnosed and fixed in one day but they can't get our vehicle back to us. Our claim advisor at GM has been zero help and doesn't call when she says she will. 10/10 don't recommend GM, Chevy or AutoNation Chevrolet North Corpus Christi (Corpus Christi). Update#1: The number provided below is not the number for the GM, it's the number for the dealership and we've left several messages for the GM and he's not called us back yet. Our truck was towed to AutoNation Chevrolet North Corpus Christi dealership over the weekend because the injector went out AGAIN. We are under 3 years/36k miles so clearly this is a covered repair. They said it will take about 10 days to diagnose because they are so backed up and are refusing to give us a loaner car until they diagnose. Don't recommend buying or taking anything there for service as you will be stranded without a vehicle. Reading other reviews it sounds like we will be out of a vehicle for a month because they take so long to diagnose. I wish I could give zero stars. More
They were very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem right away. Promptly arranged for a wreaker to pick the car up. Kept me in the know about what was going on with my car. I received the call from a different service advisor telling me about the diagnosed issue and I authorized work, was told it would be done by end of next business day. Called a couple days later to chec telling me about the diagnosed issue and I authorized work, was told it would be done by end of next business day. Called a couple days later to check status and my service advisor told me it was still waiting to be diagnosed. I told him that it had already been diagnosed and work had been authorized. He said that he looked up the wrong vehicle and said it would be done by the end of the next day. Waited a couple days and the exact same thing happened when I called. Seemed like he was blowing me off with a standard "waiting to be diagnosed" line. While feeling i was being lied to by my service advisor I called and asked to speak with a service manager. Was transferred to a voice mail. Left message and no response was ever received. Almost 2 weeks after I had originaly been told that the truck would be done I was called and told it was ready. Upon picking the truck up I noticed that the invoice said that the truck was test driven after being repaired but also noticed that the in and out mileage was exactly the same, making me believe that again they lied. My son drove the truck home and noticed a noise when he started it. He hadnt driven the truck before and didnt know it was abnormal... my fault. While driving home, less that 5 miles away from the dealership the check engine light came on and the truck went into reduced power mode. I called and the service advisor said to drive it back. Got back and they checked the truck saying that it wasn't related to anything they had done and asked me if I wanted to leave it with them to be serviced, at my cost. I will not be returning to any autonation dealership for service, parts, or sales. I believe that I was blown off, lied to, and ignored and that my truck left there in worse condition than it was when I took it there. More
took my truck in for some issues and it seems to all be corrected on the 1st visit. Thanks Only thing I wished was done is it was dirtier than when I dropped it off due to some wind and the location be corrected on the 1st visit. Thanks Only thing I wished was done is it was dirtier than when I dropped it off due to some wind and the location being near an empty field. They could have cleaned the truck up. There was dirt and dust in and all over the truck. More
The place is clean and the agents are very courteous. There is a tv, you can watch, coffee, water for customers while you wait for your vehicle. There is a tv, you can watch, coffee, water for customers while you wait for your vehicle. More

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Auto Nation. After my truck was towed to the dealership for the third time on June 4th, 2024, I was met with total silence for over 7 days. Despite l Auto Nation. After my truck was towed to the dealership for the third time on June 4th, 2024, I was met with total silence for over 7 days. Despite leaving numerous messages and reaching out to the corporate office, I received no response. Even the service advisor assigned to me, B.J., failed to reach out or offer any assistance. It was only on June 11th, 2024, that I found some relief when a service advisor named Roland finally provided the help I needed. However, the promises of improved communication from the GM, Leo, and Vick, unfortunately, did not materialize. Despite constantly reaching out for updates, the lack of communication persisted for 24 days, with no one taking the initiative to keep us informed. B.J.'s neglect of her duties was particularly disappointing. If given the chance, I would not choose Auto Nation again, and I urge others to seek service elsewhere. More
Unprofessional, no communication, no return phone calls from staff and manager. Long wait just for diagnostic.
