Thanks, I tried to call but was told the General Manager was not in and they didn't know when he would be back in. I would love to speak with somebody who can speak with me logically instead of the guy they sent out that basically told me I would have to eat the cost of the windshield. The windshield was obviously a bad windshield or installation but the guy they sent out was not bright enough to see that or was just unwilling to admit it, probably a little of both. I had a high opinion of them until this happened.
