Everyone was polite and helpful. The dealership was great. My issue is what the car buying experience has become. If there are issues with your used car, it is as is. I haven’t bought a car in 15 years. Things have changed. Maybe for the better maybe not. I came to buy this specific vehicle. There were some issues, but no room to negotiate. It too 3.5 hours to complete the purchase. I understood that time when negotiations were a factor. I’m not sure why it took so long. I’m waiting for an appliqué they ordered which was mentioned up front. I’m on my own with the rear wiper end cap, additional key fob (only got one) washer level sensor and the day after I bought it, I noticed the spoiler was wrecked. That’s my fault for not seeing it. Did I expect a perfect car? No it’s nine years old. But I do expect things not to be missing and broken. More

I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander at this dealership. Malik was the salesman and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. He was very nice and helped me get the financing setup with Michael. The next day I noticed something wrong with the vehicle and reached out to Malik who was able to get it taken care of with no issues by sending me to Daniel in the service department. Daniel was also very nice and made sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner and even got me a loaner so I could take care of things I needed to do that day. I am more than pleased with this dealership and I’d recommend it and those who helped to anyone looking for great customer service.
