Malik was very professional and great to work with as my salesman. Was not completely satisfied with paperwork. Was caught in a power outage and agree to come back the next to day to complete paperwork. I h salesman. Was not completely satisfied with paperwork. I had found my own financing but automation claimed they could beat the interest rate which they didn’t but it was just slightly higher so proceeded since it was Saturday and my credit union was closed. Then this is where things really upset me had multiple protection plans added on that I wasn’t interested in and I’m currently in the process of trying to cancel. I specifically stated I wouldn’t have this car long term and was still pressured and had them on my loan. Now I have to wait for auto nation to hopefully refund these plans. Otherwise 5 star experience wrecked by this sales tactic of trying to sneak in unwanted plans. More
