I use this location for dealer service and they typically do very good work and communicate well and professionally. My rating is low because of the speed of the service. Today, for a diagnostic of a defective windshield wiper switch on a 2023 vehicle I was told that I would have to leave my vehicle for a minimum of two days and if there were more significant problems, then it would be ten or more days. They have always done great work, I just don't have the ability to not have a vehicle for an extended period of time for a minor warranty service. More

My experience here has been horrible, I’ve called multiple times to speak to a finance manager and each time get told my information will be passed on to them and that I’ll receive a call back and ne multiple times to speak to a finance manager and each time get told my information will be passed on to them and that I’ll receive a call back and never hear from them, the staff seems helpful and I’m sure they mean well but the follow up is nonexistent. Things were added to my contract that were not explained to me in full adding 11k to my financing later being told I could cancel it to then be told only 8k could be cancelled and it would take a month to be added to the principal of my loan and that my payments would remain the same it’s taken much longer than a month and still waiting for the full amount to be refunded while still paying interest on it. This is not the way to do business it’s absolutely unacceptable. More

La segunda vez estuvo casi una semana en el taller y dijeron que era un cable flojo o quebrado de la batería, algo que debieron detectar antes. Ahora, nuevamente se encendieron las luces y, tras dejarla otra vez, no he recibido solución ni seguimiento. El técnico ni siquiera la ha revisado. Servicio insatisfactorio, con excusas constantes y sin resultados. The second time, it stayed in the shop for almost a week, and they said it was a loose or cracked battery cable—something they should have noticed earlier. Now the lights are on again, and after leaving it there once more, I still have no solution or follow-up. The technician hasn’t even looked at it. Unsatisfactory service, constant excuses, and no results. I do not recommend buying or servicing here. More

I usually dread the car buying process and the length of time it takes but Jacob made it very fast and got us out quickly. Edgar helped with our financing and was also fast and efficient. We left feeling that we got a received a great deal and by far a better car buying experience than we've had over the years. More
