The dealership over all is a good place, they take care or your needs, although not all employees are friendly. Went in for an oil change and the guy that helped me out wasn’t the nicest person, I’ve had b or your needs, although not all employees are friendly. A little disappointed this visit and they weren’t organized when it came to paying for the services. I had to wait for them to get the proper things needed to get checked out. More

Having recently moved to the DFW area I was not familiar with quality of service from any Chevrolet dealership in Ft Worth, but an unexpected exhaust failure occurred and I needed repair ASAP. Not only did with quality of service from any Chevrolet dealership in Ft Worth, but an unexpected exhaust failure occurred and I needed repair ASAP. Not only did AutoNation Chevrolet get me a next day appointment, they inspected the whole vehicle front to back and washed and cleaned before returning it to me. No upsell on anything but what sold me on the quality customer service of AutoNation Chevrolet is they made an exception to the 10 mile radius (I live 17 miles away) courtesy shuttle and drove me home to pick up my other vehicle so I could go to work. Anyone familiar with driving in the DFW any time during the morning commute is not fun or something someone wants to do willingly. Found out that AutoNation Chevrolet is not actually my closet dealership but they are the dealership that will get my business for any service and or repair. More
