This is the absolute worst experience in my life. I bought my truck 2 years ago and keep up with all of it's maintenance, however after giving me the runaround for two years they now inform me that my bought my truck 2 years ago and keep up with all of it's maintenance, however after giving me the runaround for two years they now inform me that my truck doesn't come with a jack. It has a specific space for a jack but no jack. I've talked to several people who I've gone back and forth for two years and still no results. It sucks because now I have to pay almost $100 just to be secure in a new vehicle if I travel. More

Called and set up deal drove over an hour and suddenly deal was totally thrown out the window. My truck made more noise when i got it back then when arrived that morning. The tech Brian kept assuring me that the noises were normal for chevys because he said they were xxx and then I sent what's xxx arrived that morning.
