No stars here- Service is terrible and they lie and cheat you every step of the way. We have taken in our vehicle multiple times over 4 years for multiple issues-bought it new from them. They make up the p you every step of the way. We have taken in our vehicle multiple times over 4 years for multiple issues-bought it new from them. They make up the problem, then try to charge you for work that they did a shotty job. We have gone to independent mechanics and they discover and fix the problems without extreme cost. With a big buying power of Chevrolet, the cost for new and parts should not be more than an independent shop. Be warned! You will be disappointed. More

This dealership has always been a thorn in my side. From 2-4hour oil changes, to the runaround from sales. I was in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and was there from 9:30a-1:45p, in an extremely dirty waiting area. Fake leather couches that are deteriorating so badly that pieces stick to your clothing. Other’s trash spread all over the place. After all that, they put someone else’s state inspection in my car which I didn’t notice until I arrived at the tax collector’s office. So frustrating! If the oil changes were not prepaid from the initial lease, I would NEVER go back to this place. So incredibly disappointing! Someone needs to do something!! More
I’m excited to have a new tire and my car back. Only thing they should keep customer up to date as promised. I had to call four times the next day to check status.
