We had a warning come on while we were on our way home from vacation. It showed 'reduced power'. We limped back to town and called AutoNation because it was close to us. When we checked in, we were tol from vacation. It showed 'reduced power'. We limped back to town and called AutoNation because it was close to us. When we checked in, we were told it could be up to 14 business days before the problem was diagnosed. What could I do? We left and received a call the same day stating our warranty from buying a GM Certified Vehicle was in effect and would cover the parts and labor. This would have been $3,000.00+ and a longer wait, otherwise. We got the car back in 2 days. Richard, our service manager, was very informative and helpful every step of the way. I hope to never need this service again, but will take it back to them in a heartbeat. I will also be sure to buy GM Certified Vehicles in the future. As pleasant an experience one could have in a difficult situation. More
