I spent three hours there and I did receive my oil change without my 20% discount. I still have not received it. I set up appointment on line to receive my discount. After three hour and oil change I called and complained. Garen told me to come back and I came back a week later and then they said I needed a sway bar link and bushing. I don't think they checked the brakes ever. I went somewhere else to check it out and they said no issue with sway bar but needed control arm with ball joints and bushing (got that part right). Also needed disc pad brake and rotor kit. I took the car to Firestone for alignment and rotation of tires and set up appt to have it checked out also. I only spent an hour at both places. No worries I am now considering a new car. I did this once at your place and nothing much was offered for my car, although now they are charging more for used than new cars. I am looking at other places for new car. Not a good time to buy but it seems it may cost me more to fix mine. I have one more place to check my car out and trying to get same diagnosis before I fix it or buy a new car. I really don't think there is much you can offer. I did speak with Garen and unfortunately he was not much help and he knew about the 20% discount as well as chandler before they started the job. The only reason I thought at first I received it was because chandler told me my oil change was $90 and I almost left then, but afterwards I added it all up and took off 20% and the numbers did not work. So then I looked up my other receipts that I keep and they were the same price you charged me in the past without a discount. Not sure what kind of game you all are playing now. But there was a time I had some trust is doing business there. The other thing I noticed about your waiting room, other people came in after me and left before me and I had an appointment. I think my car just got parked and forgot about.
