No one likes taking their car to the dealer, ever. I had an issue I knew was part of the warranty, however it was told to me the battery was faulty. Truck ran fine just had traction control alerts. Also the was a TSB about the steering module needing reprogramming…I do not understand why GM doesn’t pay for this kind of stuff! Service advisor was direct and friendly, didn’t interact with anyone else. $600 later, truck is back to normal. More
