I had the worst experience ever with AutoNation in Pembroke Pines. They sold me a vehicle, sold me a warranty, the vehicle has been defective since we bought it. It had 2 different repairs so far. My truck transmission has broken twice, my vehicle has been in the dealership for over a YEAR and they don't take my calls, they only say that there are no parts no transmission. Till this day I have no vehicle, no answer, they play with you and don't take responsibilities, after you pay for warranties, they just don't fix the defective vehicle they sell you with so enthusiasm. I will never buy another chevy again, I stuck with the car payments and have no vehicle fix. It's unlivable yes, but my story is true. More

I recently got an oil change at Autonation Pembroke Pines. They have always been good but they have really upped their game. I was in and out, no hassle, staff let me know immediately when it was done, Pines. They have always been good but they have really upped their game. I didn't have to pay because it was part of my service plan, but even if I did the price quote looked reasonable. They didn't try and upsell me on anything which I appreciated.
