This dealership seriously lacks communication skills . .after leaving my car there for four days I wanted to know what had been done to my vehicle ... it took 3 weeks of messages left that were never retur .after leaving my car there for four days I wanted to know what had been done to my vehicle ... it took 3 weeks of messages left that were never returned and excuses about incomplete paperwork before I finally got an email ... supposedly it was my repair report .... Entire report was in codes ... another 2 days trying to contact someone to decipher the codes ...not a pleasant experience dealing with this dealership ... More

I know most places are understaffed BUT be wary when service department give you a quote on when you car will be repaired. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month and a half.
