I just sold my Jeep to AutoNation and they paid more for it than any other dealer, and I checked several. Then the used car I bought from them had some minor issues they said they would resolve them. And it than any other dealer, and I checked several. Then the used car I bought from them had some minor issues they said they would resolve them. And with a 5 day or 250 mile warranty that allows you to return your purchase for any reason no questions asked even if you’ve changed your mind I had very little concerns about buying from them. They said they would resolve the issues and it turns out they attempted to (balanced the wheels and did a front end alignment), but that didn’t quite resolved it. So I brought the car back into Gary Jones the sales manager and he said the repair not being completed properly was unacceptable. I left the car with him and he personally drove it and then called me from the car to confirm the issue had not been resolved. He ordered in all the parts it needed (all new front brakes, rotors, pads) and had that repair done latter that same day. We could have just returned the car but my wife really liked and wanted it so I asked Gary to work with us. He went out of his way to ensure they stuck to their word and got everything handled. The car drives like a dream and my wife loves it. I recommend AutoNation for their used car warranty and pricing. And I highly recommend my salesman Carl Decker and sales manager Gary Jones at AutoNation Chevrolet. If you need a vehicle, go see these guys, they will take care of you! I would give them six stars if I could. More
