Online schedule system is a mess. I called and explained my problem. I was given a appointment time of 3 pm. When I arrived the service coordinator said he could not deal with my I called and explained my problem. I was given a appointment time of 3 pm. When I arrived the service coordinator said he could not deal with my issue at 3 in the afternoon. I asked why I was scheduled then. He said its because a "vegas" company does their scheduling. Not, "im so sorry we waisted your time ". But...its someone else's fault. ( The scheduling service we use) All done with mickey mouse outfits. More

Despite having an appointment, a simple battery replacement took over two hours to complete. After waiting 90 minutes without any updates, I had to approach the service representative myself to inq replacement took over two hours to complete. After waiting 90 minutes without any updates, I had to approach the service representative myself to inquire about the delay. She checked with the shop and informed me that the battery they had installed was defective and needed to be replaced with one from the warehouse—an understandable issue. However, what was disappointing was the complete lack of proactive communication. I shouldn’t have had to ask what was happening. As my first experience with AutoNation, this left a poor impression, and I will not be returning. More

He has told me to call him directly to make appointments because the website is ineffective. I did this time, got no answer, left a message, gave up and made an appointment on-line. I arrived and he indicated the appointment was for the Impala I traded in to AutoNation for my truck. My on-line appointment was for the truck. He said his assistant called me but I didn't call back (call went to my call filter, I guess??). When my truck service was done, he notified me and said it was "for the right vehicle." I am not a stupid person, and I don't appreciate the sarcasm. I did not make AutoNation's decision to use the website for scheduling. AlI I can say is that coming in there is going to be a punishing experience, and I have another appointment coming up which I'm dreading...this has happened to me several time. More
