Every time I go to Auto Nation, I'm treated with honesty, respect and kindness. Our Chevy Silverado has had some issues and service advisor Casey has been almost like a best friend. Casey Wright was my advisor for the day and took great care of me that day! What impressed me even more is the respect he (Casey) had for Steve as my regular advisor and let me know that he was not going to direct me away from Steve with whom I have built a rapport, but encourage me to continue with Steve.
