Infotainment center went blank, no radio or any other feature. Talked to Dante about this and made an appointment to get it checked. Turns out I needed a new radio, when the new one came in, made anoth feature. Talked to Dante about this and made an appointment to get it checked. Horrible, I made an appointment online with a certain person. Leave work to drop my car and a guy asks me who my appointment is with. I tell him and as he walks away says he isn’t working today. I walk inside to ask the less than friendly cashier, who was annoyed I was asking her anything, says “go ask one of the guys in a blue shirt”. I walk back to where the blue shirts are and they all pretend they can’t see me through their glass cubicles. So I said do I just pick someone to help me or is someone going to help me. That is absolutely horrible customer service. Not to mention I never got a call saying my car was ready, I showed up after an 8 hr shift and again had to stand around for someone to acknowledge me. One person said my car still was not done and then another said yes it’s done. More
