1st, the service department is very unprofessional and unorganized. When you walk in, nobody cares to greet you or ask if they can help you. The radio hasn’t been fixed, my experience with this dealership was so terrible I do t want to go back. More

What a great day at Valencia Chevrolet. I came in, met with Dan Centofanti and began the process of trading in my 2023 Hyundai Palisade for a truck. Initially I was looking at the Silverado I came in, met with Dan Centofanti and began the process of trading in my 2023 Hyundai Palisade for a truck. Initially I was looking at the Silverado 1500 LT but Dan was able to find me a better deal on an RST with all the options I wanted and more. While it took some time to negotiate price and terms, that was to be expected. Dan was patient throughout the entire process and in the end handed me the keys to a beautiful washed truck with a full tank! More

Made at least 4 phone calls with questions about the problem (brakes catching suddenly & without warning). Service advisor did not respond. Finally got a call back after closing from another advisor wh problem (brakes catching suddenly & without warning). Service advisor did not respond. Finally got a call back after closing from another advisor who repeated the tech's notes (unable to duplicate issue) which were unhelpful. Was told their service vehicle could pick me up to get my car. Called 2 more times and no one called back and no ride showed up. Finally uber'd back to pick up my car at my expense. 2 days after tech was done. In the meantime, I did my own research and found advice to try which I am now testing. More
