I brought my 2020 Silverado in for general service and a couple noises, it turned out to be a drive shaft and the service advisor was increasingly ill equipped to convey information on repair schedule and w couple noises, it turned out to be a drive shaft and the service advisor was increasingly ill equipped to convey information on repair schedule and what the issue actually was, her senior partner was great as was the tech but I had to storm the gates to get to them. After 2 weeks of my truck sitting I decided to move into a nee truck I asked if the dealer would honor my GM employee discount and was told yes, as I was sitting with the sales person and after I said yes print the paper work and he went to do it the salesman came back I witnessed the keys leave his pocket and go to another sales person and right in front of me 2 other guys jumped into the truck I said yes to and drive off on a test drive. The truck I said yes to was sold to them even though I was there first said yes and was in process with GM on my employee code number. I was in shock I had been told too bad. They then said no they wouldn’t honor the discount on any other vehicle and refused to return my calls, I had to get clarification of if they would work ma deal via the GM customer care rep I never heard back from the sales manager Seth or sales person Lenny. Completely unprofessional staff and sales manager. They did eventually complete the repairs on my truck after 26 days and returned it to me dirty and the windows had obviously been left open. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and GMs response is each dealership is independently owned and their tactics are theirs. Very poor service and I will never recommend Autonation Chevrolet to anyone. I sold them a 2022 Camaro I wasn’t driving just 3 months ago and were so nice. When they want something they are sweet but when you want to work with them they are horrific. I wish I’d of never sold them that car now. More
My electric Bolt has spent a fair amount of time at this dealer’s Service Department. The people there are very nice, but they have trouble fixing my Bolt because Chevrolet corporate doesn’t know how to fi dealer’s Service Department. I hate this dealership. I only have negative experiences with them. Service reps act like you're inconveniencing them and they are never friendly. My service experience with Autonation was as easy and positive for me. Jerry did what he said he would with the follow up on my check engine dash light.
