I had an oil change for 8:30 am. Upon arriving, my advisor felt very unwelcoming and rude. They got me settled and i walked around to kill time. I notified my advisor at I least needed to be out by 10:45 and once again she had an attitude… my car wasn’t done until 11. AutoNation Chevy of Valencia took care of my cars problem with 24 of me having it towed to them. It was something rare that happens to cars and they handled the problem and it was no charge to me. My car is with 24 of me having it towed to them. It was something rare that happens to cars and they handled the problem and it was no charge to me. My car is a 2019 so it is still under warranty. Oh and they washed my car too! :) More
