My experience was not good this time. I dropped off my van on a Friday morning and did not hear back until the late afternoon when I called to inquire about the progress. I was told that I dropped off my van on a Friday morning and did not hear back until the late afternoon when I called to inquire about the progress. I was told that it had not even been looked at. My van remained at the service yard until Monday. By Monday afternoon I finally got a diagnosis on the problem but some of the parts were no longer available and the others wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon the parts had not arrived yet. After calling the service department I was told the part had just arrived and would be installed first thing in the morning. As you may have guesses, it wasn’t until later Wednesday evening that the work on my van was finally completed. Six days to diagnose and replace a cracked radiator and to be unable to make the other repairs. Not good. More

My Service Advisor Jerry hicks, is one of the best employees I’ve had contact with at Valencia Chevrolet. He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers.
