After owning my Silverado for four years and taking it in to the dealership several times my truck was finally repaired. I guess because my warranty was over they thought it was a good time to fix the proble to the dealership several times my truck was finally repaired. I guess because my warranty was over they thought it was a good time to fix the problem. Sad when I knew what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix the problem but I was told thing like “have you ever owned a truck before”… I’m happy to see those people who told me that were not working there anymore.. my service tech this last visit was more understanding and did a good job helping to get my extended warranty company to cover the parts and labor. Rude, does not listen, Roy in sales and Jimmy in finance were the worst! Lorenzo was the only reason why we both the vehicle. Roy and Jimmy refused to give me a purchase order to take to my bank where i wa were the worst! Lorenzo was the only reason why we both the vehicle. Roy and Jimmy refused to give me a purchase order to take to my bank where i was already pre approved to bring them a check for the car, they had me drive there 2X in one day just to get the PO i live an hour away.. long story short, autonation itself is great, however the folks at Valencia chevrolet autonation need a course in hospitality and customer service. they are the true definition of slime-ball used car sales person. I exclude Lorenzo, as he was the only one with manners. Go to elsewhere, where you'll be treated with respect and they follow policies instead of trying to run the show themselves. More
