I called their Service Department on a Thursday and asked if they had availability on Friday for oil change and a recall. Very pleasant person on phone had a 7am time slot on Friday. Perfect! I was greeted a if they had availability on Friday for oil change and a recall. Very pleasant person on phone had a 7am time slot on Friday. Perfect! I was greeted at 7am, taken inside and introduced to service writer. Didn’t try and sell me any unnecessary services. Gave me $10 off oil change which included tire rotation. Received call when car was ready. In and out for $80 with a washed car. Happy customer! More
