I would give AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial in Orlando zero stars if I could. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership because it was advertised and sold as an AutoNation Certified Orlando zero stars if I could. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership because it was advertised and sold as an AutoNation Certified vehicle with a 90-day/4,000-mile Certified warranty. I also purchased AutoNation’s extended warranty because I believed AutoNation stood behind the vehicles it sells. Almost immediately after buying the Jeep, it began having intermittent starting issues. We mentioned concerns about how it drove, but we were assured everything was fine. Then, only about a month after purchase, the Jeep completely lost all electrical power while I was driving, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road at night. It had to be towed. The diagnosis was that the Jeep’s primary control module (the vehicle’s computer or “brain”) had failed. This wasn’t a flat tire or normal maintenance item—it was a major electrical failure on a vehicle that had just been sold as “Certified.” What disappointed me even more was the response from the selling dealership. When I called AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial hoping they would stand behind the vehicle they had certified, I was essentially told they weren’t going to do anything and wished “good luck.” What’s the point of paying extra for a Certified vehicle if the dealer refuses to take responsibility when a serious problem appears almost immediately after the sale? I expected AutoNation to stand behind its Certified program. Instead, I was left stranded, bounced between dealerships, dealing with delays, confusion over warranty coverage, and a complete lack of concern from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. I hope AutoNation Corporate steps in and makes this right, because my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial has completely destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the AutoNation Certified program. More

Great Salesperson, friendly, willing to go the extra mile. The car was dirty when we arrived but we did not call ahead. Great service, I have to say in my many years of buying cars this was the easiest and best experience. I called and my salesman David S did everything I asked and more. I came and looked at the vehicle and cars this was the easiest and best experience. I called and my salesman David S did everything I asked and more. I came and looked at the vehicle and was unsure and said I will think about it, and he was super supportive about my time and decision... and just said "let me know how I can help you". No pressure no guilt and I knew he wanted to sell the vehicle obviously. I thought about it and came back, and he did everything he could to make this easy and that is how a dealership should act. More
