Horrible service department! They get paid by the amount of money they bill! So need less to say your bill will be very high and they tell everyone it’s not covered under your wa They get paid by the amount of money they bill! I have left countless messages with call logs to prove it- never a call back. I even called the sales department hoping they could transfer my call for someone to answer but no luck! My Service rep was William Fierro. Never called me yo tell me what was wrong with the truck, never gave me a quote, just did the work-told me to pick it up and hit me with a $700.00 bill. Even though the truck is 12 days old and definitely under warranty! I highly recommend not using this service department More

This my second time at this dealership and my first experience was super great. This time not so much. Last time I made an appt. Last minute and was squeezed in.
