All the Team was very professional except one(the lady who first showed us the vehicle). On the other hand, James, helped me to purchase my new car. I would recommend him as a sales associate 100%. From the beginning to the end of the process he was there taking care of everything, polite, respectful, service-oriented willing to answer questions and requests. More

This dealership is a very well organized business. A lot of departments synchronized with each other. Made the process go very smoothly. A lot of departments synchronized with each other. Made the process go very smoothly. More
Sales team along with Sales managers were extremely supportive and transparent about my buying process. I came in with little to no hope of getting out of my Subaru and into a truck. David S. took the supportive and transparent about my buying process. I came in with little to no hope of getting out of my Subaru and into a truck. David S. took the time to learn about my situation and relayed it to Matei and Eugene in management and together was able to put a deal in works and I ended up leaving in my brand new 22’ Chevy Colorado! Thanks again! More
Took my vehicle in because one of the windows would not roll up. The repair took 2 and a half weeks: 5 day wait just to look at my car (not leaving it meant chancing the vehicle getting rained in as my gar roll up. The repair took 2 and a half weeks: 5 day wait just to look at my car (not leaving it meant chancing the vehicle getting rained in as my garage is currently unavailable due to home renovations); + another full week to get the part from Michigan; + another 4 days because the technician and service advisor and parts department couldn't be bothered to talk to one another; + 1 day to actually do the repair. I had to track down the service advisor several times to ask about the status of my vehicle -- he never contacted me with updates until the day the car was ready. When he gave me the cost estimate over the phone, he neglected to mention the $60 or so in additional "fees". In every previous experience with this shop, the price I was quoted was accurate, so I had no reason to expect the total to be higher than what I was quoted. When I picked up the car this time, I asked for an explanation. "Well everybody has to pay shop fees and taxes" is what I was told. I said if you are calling me to tell me the cost of the repair, you need figure this all out ahead of time and give me that number so I know what to expect. I also said "shop fees" are not the same thing as taxes. It's fair to assume that people expect to pay sales tax on goods and services they purchase. But "shop fees" are not a tax or regulatory fee that gets passed through to the State -- it's a markup, plain and simple. You could call them "CEO Yacht Acquisition Fees" and it would likely be more accurate because nobody would confuse it with a charge that is imposed by law and passed through to the city, state, etc. "But you didn't ask for an 'out the door' price" was effectively the service guy's only response. At that point, I decided I will never do business with AutoNation ever again. Anywhere. Any brand. Service, sales, parts. Never again. More
The whole experience was very good especially with the salesman Wilton and the finance person. My only negative was the detailing was not good at all. salesman Wilton and the finance person. My only negative was the detailing was not good at all. More
Brian Stillwell was awesome. .. unfortunately he has horrible sales managers....just because I demanded some decent customer service one manager said " I'll tell you what I'm goin .. unfortunately he has horrible sales managers....just because I demanded some decent customer service one manager said " I'll tell you what I'm going to do I'm going to rescind the deal" basically threatening to come to my house and take back the car just because I was giving them a little bit of a hard time... I was so stressed out that day I never felt so horrible in my life please people practically put me in the hospital that day with an anxiety attack then the general manager calls me and basically says that I will not get my documents until I promise that I'm going to give a good review... They basically held my documents hostage until I agree to give them a positive review on their survey More
