I took my car to the dealership because my check engine light came on. The first time they told me they couldn’t find anything and rest the light. Less than a week later the light came on again, so I took light came on. The first time they told me they couldn’t find anything and rest the light. Less than a week later the light came on again, so I took it back. This time they said they found the issue and fixed it. Less than 5 days later, the check engine light comes on again! We were pretty disappointed at first because it took about six days before they took a deposit on a car that they had and it was the only one at the dealership. We had to call and call and let them know about six days before they took a deposit on a car that they had and it was the only one at the dealership. We had to call and call and let them know that that’s what we wanted because we had lost our car in an accident we were rear ended and totaled and finally they came through after five or six days.Things were told to us….lies and totally unprofessional in that first week! We finally did get that car with persistence but I don’t think I’d refer this AutoNation to anyone or will buy another car from there. More

While I was trying to look for a car I was speaking to a car salesman when a fat man who had bleached his hair blonde I think his name was "murda" Murphy which I though was weird because the only thing that car salesman when a fat man who had bleached his hair blonde I think his name was "murda" Murphy which I though was weird because the only thing that man could "murda" was the toilet bowl. So much for a 10 day payoff. We’re going on week 3 and come Thursday I’ll have to make a payment on a car that’s already been sold to another person. Sad, irresponsible and lazy. At day 7 I had to call/email the finance manager and remind him that he still hadn’t processed the loan for the new car as well. Never again. More
