Horrible dealership!!! I STRONGLY suggest you do not use this company. I thought I was alone until I read all the other reviews that basically had the same complaints I did. They are a typical BAIT & SWITCH type car lot. They may sell new and used vehicles but they all have that old used car salesman stigma thing people love to joke about. Very unprofessional, shady and underhanded! My wife spent 5 days dealing with them on a car and finally got the price to where we were happy and I accepted their final offer. Next thing I know the car isn’t really for sale anymore but let me see what else we can find. As soon as they are confronted about making us an offer on something they no longer have nobody wants to communicate with us anymore. They just disappeared and moved on to the next victim I guess. I would call back and I talked to 5 more salesmen and they all stated the car was available and I should come down for a test drive. This leads to the bait and switch because now you wasted your time to travel there with buying a car on the brain so they will get you into something. Their website states they put the customer first and take the hassle out of purchasing a car…that was so far from the truth in our case. Then I receive a call from the GM of the lot and he proceeded to share with me in a very pleasant way that my wife and I miss understood the situation that transpired over the course of 10 days of having crap shoved down our throat. He had absolutely nothing to do with this until I posted a negative review, but he had no problem telling me I misunderstood their intentions. There are car lots out there that actually care about their clients but this isn’t one of them. If you enjoy drama, lies, deception & misleading salesmen then this is the place for you. If you want to enjoy your car buying experience and feel like at that moment in time you are the ruler of your own destiny then go somewhere else. Again, I thought I was alone until I read some of the reviews before mine. If I would have read them first I might have caught on to what was happening a little sooner and would have gone somewhere else. Please do your homework before dealing with these individuals. They truly are about putting the customer first as long as it’s on their terms not yours. I would like to thank everyone at this dealership that either completely wasted my time and energy or just ignored us all together because that was such a great non-car buying experience. More

I been to 3 other dealership before I stop at Chevrolet Auto Nation and between Mrs. Dallie and Harry I felt no need to go anywhere else, even though the first day I didn't find the vehicle that I was looking for. Mrs. Dallie and Harry team up and keep looking for cars all over Florida and did not stop until they found a perfect match for me. This for me was so important because I been working hard for the past 3 years in order to get the car that I wanted so to be driving the car that I dream for 3 years deliver by the hands of the professionals like Mrs Dallie and Harry you can rest assure I will recommend them to everybody I know. More

Instead of remedying the problem with excellent customer service they escalated bad feelings by this childish whining about a bad rating which wasn't even a bad rating. It was a fair to good rating. I decided at that point, I wasn't going to let them touch my car with this kind of attitude and gave the job to a competitor. I'm a very reasonable and fair person but AutoNation was not...........The most unprofessional appointment I've ever had. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place. More

No success We visited here on a weekend and had a salesperson offer to help us with our purchase. We wanted a particular car that they did not have on their lot (2016). To make a long, tedious story short, we went back the following weekend to learn that the salesperson was out sick. We had another person help us, but ended up leaving without the car. This salesperson said the transmission style of the car we wanted was "lousy, no good" and also said that the car cost to much for what it was. Strange that a dealership seemingly wouldn't work to sell you a car, but that was our experience. We did buy a 2016 that weekend, but not from this dealership. More

John Mann, our service advisor, kept us up to date on parts availability so we would only need to bring the car in one time to deal with both issues, I have always subscribed to the saying "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". John has always kept us informed of all routine maintenance issues on our 2008 Malibu and 2006 Silverado, which keeps both vehicle in fine working order. When an unexpected issue has arisen it has always been dealt with quickly and professionally by John and the service professionals Auto Nation Chevrolet. We purchased both cars at this dealership and had an excellent experience each time. However buying a car is a once every several year occurrence, but we visit the service department several times a year for oil changes, tire rotations etc... A great sales department got us into the cars, but the excellent service keeps us coming back. More
