I had a problem with my car and I took it in for service and dealt with Mike Wheeler in the service drive.Mike was very helpful in getting my car looked at immediately upon my arrival. Have a fleet of Chevys and had to have the speedometers replaced. Ian helped me out and went over and above to make sure that everything that could be covered was. I was treated very well. This was the absolute worst shopping experience for cars I have ever experienced. I requested pricing on 3 separate pairs of vehicles, yes I was going to purchase 2 new cars from them. The choices wer I have ever experienced. I requested pricing on 3 separate pairs of vehicles, yes I was going to purchase 2 new cars from them. The choices were Malibu LS/Equinox LS, Impala LS/Equinox LS, Equinox LS x2. After explaining what I wanted and I would only work with OTD prices, I was sent the following prices. Malibu/Equinox $45,000 Impala/Equinox $45,000 Equinox/Equinox $47,000 Once I got there, and spent 3hrs filling out the paper work etc, they come over and tell me the Impala/Equinox was priced wrong and it would be $49,000 out the door. Almost $5000 more. I got pissed and left. I contact my sales person Samantha and inquired if the $47,000 price for the pair was available that I would go back and buy. They now claimed it to be $48,000. If at all possible RUN away from this place before they try to lie to you to get you in and change the price. More
I recently purchased a used Corvette from another dealership in town. (not a Chevy dealer). a few days later I noticed that the clear panel roof had sun damage. I decided to take the car to the neare dealership in town. (not a Chevy dealer). a few days later I noticed that the clear panel roof had sun damage. I decided to take the car to the nearest Chevrolet dealer by my home to have them xxxxx the problem. I expected a fight on my hands. This is where I met Tim Brown in the service dept. I told him briefly about the problem and he was all ears. Before we even got to the car he told me that they would fix the problem. No sarcasm or anything, i was shocked. He asked me if this was my first Corvette and I told him yes. He acknowledged the problem and assured me that GM would take care of the problem. He then took the time to answer a couple of questions I had about the car and was very thorough. I appreciated that very much, He seemed very sincere and proud to represent GM. He then checked the vin# and told me that i had a great deal of warranty on the car that I didn't even know about. Again he went the extra step. The whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE, not what I expected or how i thought I would be treated in the service drive. I sure wish all employees would treat customers like Tim treated me, maybe some businesses wouldn't be in such trouble. Still not impressed 100% with Chevrolets quality. I don't believe a 3 year old car should have to have its roof replaced but I'm sure GM will get there. Tim made it all right. Car has been fixed and all went great on that visit as well. I will buy mu next new Corvette from your dealer as long as you have Tim there, More
My vehicle is a handicapped van that needed some specialized repairs on a few of the conversion features. I know these were out of the ordinary repairs, but Mike and Kenny went out of their way to m specialized repairs on a few of the conversion features. On April 2nd, 2012 I brought my Chevy 2006 Impala in because it was having a problem and needed a new water pump,I spent over a thousand dollars to fix the problem and when i got the carback they said i because it was having a problem and needed a new water pump,I spent over a thousand dollars to fix the problem and when i got the carback they said it should be as perfect as a new car but when i left the car ended up having more problems than when I brought it in. It started having transmission problems along with other things and to top that off the problem I first brought it in for was never really fixed,I ended up going and trading my car in at another dealership for a new car because this chevy dealership never does the job, this was not the first time I brought my car in and it came out with more problems. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I dealt with Service Advisor Cio Montalvo, and it sucked. Never dealing with this Chevy dealership again. More

The sale was smooth, good price on the vehicle, I would say great but all new vehicles are over priced and that is not the dealers fault. I got what I felt was an acceptable offer on my trade from the start. I've bought quite a few new vehicles and get real sick of the "let me talk to the manager xx", that did not happen here. I went back to have something done that was owed and purchase some accessories and all the staff was very helpful. Everyone there (sales dept, parts dept) treated me like they sold me the vehicle themselves, I was impressed. I live about an hour from Courtesy Chevrolet on West Colonial but will definately give them the a call first next time I buy a Vehicle. More
